Carterwood had a strong customer base and position in the industry, but Amanda and Ben wanted to revolutionise the business and the way in which Carterwood solves its customers’ problems.  They set about planning the next phase of Carterwood through the integration of technology into a software platform.

Almost a decade in, Ben took a year-long hiatus to create and launch Carterwood Analytics. With zero background in tech and armed with a new software development team and a data scientist, Ben brought the vision to life and launched a user-friendly platform that gives investors, developers, operators, and advisers instant access to critical market data and insights in 2018.

New Markets

In 2026, we launched our platform in Spain, bringing data and insights to a country that historically lacked this level of insight and enabling investors, developers, operators, and advisers to supercharge their decision-making. At the same time, we expanded our specialist care capability to improve certainty across complex, high-value decisions on where to invest and how to deploy capital.
