We’re pleased to support ARCO (Associated Retirement Community Operators) in the recent publication of ‘Planning, Clarity and Certainty: The View from the Sector’, an informative report that discusses the barriers to the development of housing-with-care posed by the current planning system and proposes potential solutions to them. The report follows a successful roundtable event Carterwood hosted in partnership with ARCO earlier in the year, and the discussion is woven around datapoints from Carterwood’s planning research.
