Carterwood advice underpins Cinnamon Care Capital’s growth

Cinnamon Care Capital are expanding their Cinnamon Care Collection portfolio with the opening of two new luxury schemes. Carterwood are pleased to have supported Cinnamon Care Capital in the evolution of these schemes, providing market analysis and commercial due diligence throughout the site acquisition and development process.

Eden Court, located in Battersea, London, comprises a 78-bed care home and 28 retirement living apartments, elegantly designed and with easy access to all the capital has to offer: The scheme will open in 2020.

Rivermede Court, located in the historic town of Egham, Surrey, will open autumn 2019 and comprises an 80-bed exclusive care home, combining high quality accommodation with skilled care:
