With our support, Fremont Realty Capital and co-investors have acquired Porthaven Care Homes, comprising 14 premium quality care homes and two development sites across England, for an undisclosed sum.
Fremont underpinned the purchase by commissioning us to conduct an extensive portfolio market analysis, to provide the necessary due diligence.
During a six-year investment period with Phoenix Equity Partners, Porthaven increased its number of homes fivefold through an organic rollout plan, supported in part by our market analysis.
