Carterwood have completed the sale of Willowbrook Care Home, a 75-bed, purpose built, registered care home in Birmingham, to Care Concern Group. The business has been transformed under the ownership of shareholder Paul Willis and is an industry leading facility in the care of elderly people with dementia and mental health needs.
Paul Willis, director of Willowbrook Care Home, says: “I’m pleased to be able to announce the sale of our business to Care Concern Group and wish them well in the next chapter at Willowbrook. It was a pleasure to work with the Carterwood team, who were able to generate multiple bids and worked diligently to get us to completion.”
