Collab Project

The care sector's collective intelligence platform

Collab brings together unique, anonymised operational data from care providers across Great Britain to create a richer, more accurate picture of market performance.

By combining data from across the sector, Collab delivers benchmarking and market intelligence that no single organisation could build alone. The result is better insight for pricing, occupancy, investment, development and strategic decision-making.

Whether you’re operating homes, acquiring assets, developing new schemes or analysing opportunities, Collab helps you make decisions with confidence.

How it works

Simple to contribute. Powerful to use.

1. Contribute

Providers securely share agreed operational datasets with Carterwood.

2. Protect

Data is anonymised and aggregated before appearing in the platform.

3. Analyse

Contributors access benchmarking, market intelligence and comparative performance insights.

4. Improve

Use the intelligence to support pricing, occupancy, strategy, investment and operational decisions.

What you’ll gain

Better insight. Better decisions.

Trust sits at the heart of Collab

All contributor data is handled securely and incorporated into anonymised, aggregated datasets before being made available through the platform.

The system has been designed to ensure that individual organisations cannot be identified from published outputs, creating a safe environment for data contribution while maximising sector-wide insight.
