2026 marks our first full year as a certified B Corp. Our focus has moved from certification to implementation, with an emphasis on learning, capability-building, and putting the right foundations in place.
The latest Carterwood Impact Report unpicks our commitment to embedding B Corp principles and how that affects our day-to-day operations. From advancing our commitment to Net Zero, to delivering community impact, this report highlights how we’re continuously challenging ourselves to be brave, do it right, and never stand still.
Celebrating a year of impact
Over the last year, we’ve made great progress, but there is still more to do. The B Corp framework continues to challenge us to reflect critically, make informed trade-offs, and focus our efforts where they will have the greatest impact.
Using our existing governance framework, we’re making huge waves in our targets. In the first year, we’ve completed 34% of our priorities and a further 52% are in progress. This is translating into impact for our people, the planet, and for our sector.
We’ll never stand still
Looking ahead, our commitment is strong: to use data, insight and collaboration to support better outcomes for our team, the sector, and the communities we work with, continuing to learn and improve over time. We’re also preparing for B Corp re-certification against the new standards.
