We’re looking for a well-organised, tech-savvy person with great communication skills to look after our growing Carterwood Analytics subscriber-base. If delivering an exceptional client experience is your thing – and you’re passionate about B2B technology – this role could be for you!

Carterwood Analytics is our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for the elderly care home market. Since its launch in 2019 it has transformed the way developers, operators and investors assess UK markets, leading us to be shortlisted for the prestigious EG Tech Award in 2020.

This role is dedicated to making sure that our subscribers have the best possible experience, from their initial onboarding demos, during their day-to-day use of the platform, and at the important renewal stage.

We’ll equip you with full training and a set of systems and processes that are already delivering results, and a variety of metrics you can use to gauge your success. Over time you’ll look to develop and improve the end-to-end client experience yourself. This is an opportunity to join one of the most progressive businesses in the property sector and become a key part of our technology offering to the market.

About us

Carterwood is a multi-award-winning consultancy dedicated to social care. Our team of specialists provide independent, expert analysis that helps operators, developers, and investors to improve decision-making within the elderly care home and older people’s housing sectors.

As well as market-leading advisory services, Carterwood provides a digital platform for assessing care markets, called Carterwood Analytics. This powerful Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform gives subscribers access to high-level data for over 1.6 million postcodes across Great Britain, saving significant time in assessing and monitoring local care markets.

As a business, we pride ourselves on our two core values – do it right and do it fast – which drive our delivery of market-leading services and software to clients. As a team, we prize original thinking, entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to innovate and challenge the norm.
