We’re looking for a well-organised, tech-savvy person with great communication skills to look after our growing Carterwood Analytics subscriber-base. If delivering an exceptional client experience is your thing – and you’re passionate about B2B technology – this role could be for you!

Carterwood Analytics is our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for the elderly care home market. Since its launch in 2019 it has transformed the way developers, operators and investors assess UK markets, leading us to be shortlisted for the prestigious EG Tech Award in 2020.

This role is dedicated to making sure that our subscribers have the best possible experience, from their initial onboarding demos, during their day-to-day use of the platform, and at the important renewal stage.

We’ll equip you with full training and a set of systems and processes that are already delivering results, and a variety of metrics you can use to gauge your success. Over time you’ll look to develop and improve the end-to-end client experience yourself. The role

  • Provide onboarding demos, new feature demos and occasional sales demos of Carterwood Analytics
  • Secure expansion revenue from Carterwood Analytics clients in the form of subscription bolt-ons and upgrades
  • Manage the Carterwood Analytics renewal schedule
  • Resolve Carterwood Analytics enquiries received through our support helpline and mailbox
  • Develop creative ideas for improving client service, and initiatives to assist engagement for Carterwood Analytics
  • Manage engagement activity and monitor client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate and up to date information for all subscribers on our CRM
  • Attend occasional industry events, conferences and client meetings across the UK, including evening events
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our clients and products across the business
  • Communicate the status of ongoing product development, from R&D to marketing, sales and the wider business
  • Conduct Carterwood Analytics product research with clients


The person

  • Minimum 3 years of customer relationship experience in a B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) or professional services environment
  • Proven experience demonstrating software to clients/subscribers
  • Process-driven, with an aptitude for analysing data and working systematically and accurately
  • Excellent communication skills in person, on video calls, and over the phone
  • Commercially aware
  • Somebody with creative ideas and the ability to think differently to solve issues
  • Good sense of humour and team player in a small, but high-achieving sales and marketing team
  • Able to work independently and use own initiative
  • Comfortable providing and receiving constructive feedback
