What the role will include:

As part of our growth plans, there is an exciting opportunity for a flexible and resourceful individual to join the team and assist in the sourcing, collating and updating of data to support the business. This role requires the successful candidate to exercise the highest levels of attention to detail in a fast-paced, friendly and supportive working environment. You will be part of a young, dynamic, multi award winning team and you will be responsible and accountable for the production of high-quality data.

The role will comprise the following:

  • Daily routine data checks and visiting websites to populate our CRM system and update our Analytics database
  • Checking the integrity of our suppliers’ data
  • Using online mapping tools to find address locations
  • Cross referencing multiple sources of data
  • Working with the sales and marketing teams to undertake research required for presentations, reports and meetings
  • Work alongside our data analysts to ensure the accuracy of any analysis
  • Acting as a liaison for our outsourced data and technology function
  • Routine planning application checks based on a set of date and use class requirements
  • Checking longitude/latitude for planning applications and care homes
  • Statutory enquiries with the local planning authorities.

Essential competencies

  • Educated to degree
  • Highly computer literate, with experience working in Excel and Word
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
  • The ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels of the organisation
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy
  • Positive attitude, personable approach and the ability to work well within a team
  • Conscientious approach to work is key to this role
  • Proven ability to prioritise and work autonomously on large tasks and deal with changing priorities
  • Driving licence desirable.
