Carterwood are disrupting the health & social care sector!
We offer expert opinion based upon market leading data, to enable our clients to make the most informed decisions – and 2019 has already been an extraordinary year for us, and our clients. In March, we released our new subscription based online market analysis tool, which is already changing the way that the elderly specialist care and older people’s housing markets are being managed.
We are a unique blend of data experts with chartered surveyors, we own a lot of exciting data and we play with a lot more. Most importantly, we use our data and our data insight to help guide the market, which feels great! The introduction of our new product provides a rare opportunity for our team to guide and grow a product start up, with the security, experience and knowledge of a company whose brand has been respected by the industry for over a decade.
Carterwood are proud to have picked up many awards over the years. These not only reflect what we do, but how we do it. Recognised for our bespoke, personal and specialist service, Carterwood was awarded the prestigious ‘Property consultants of the year – property services’ HealthInvestor Award 2019, and honoured as one of the ‘Best places to work in property’, at the national Property Week awards in both 2018 and 2019, not to mention being shortlisted for the EG Awards this year in the Employer and Alternative sector categories.
As well as establishing long-term partnerships with our clients, we work with and support several industry partners, to share our knowledge and forge new relationships. These include Care England, the National Care Forum, ARCO and Housing LIN.
