Location: Located within commuting distance of Aztec West, Bristol. Home based in the short-term, with a mixture of home and office-working in the long-term.

We’re looking for an experienced marketing executive with a solid set of creative and technical skills to join our team and turbocharge marketing activity during 2021 and beyond.

2021 is going to be a busy year for us, with the launch of a new Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, a potentially transformational new marketing initiative, and the continued growth of our advisory business. There’s a lot to do, from conceptualising campaigns that bring our technology offerings to life, to rounding out our brand across all channels and diversifying our content output (emphasis on video this year!).

If you’re a well-organised, detail-oriented, and creative marketer with a background in technology and/or professional services marketing, you could be the one to help us realise the full potential of everything we’re doing. The role

• Plan, produce and publish content in multiple formats (inc. video) through social media, website, trade press, email and partner channels
• Work with designers to produce campaign artwork
• Plan and manage Carterwood’s event calendar
• Team up with product owners to create compelling sales assets
• Take day-to-day ownership of multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Ensure company-wide compliance with brand guidelines
• Manage complex email lists
• Contribute to onboarding of Carterwood Analytics subscribers
• Write copy for our Software-as-a-Service platforms
• Produce presentations for sales meetings and industry events
• Contribute to marketing/sales reporting

The person

• Creative: An eye for design (plus practical skills, ideally), natural creativity, and excellent written and oral communication skills
• Organised: Ability to keep multiple plates spinning, and prioritising and re-prioritising deadlines frequently
• Software-literate: Complete comfort in using different software products – from writing Excel formulas to creating email campaigns in Mailchimp
• Independent: Able to deliver a brief to a high standard without constant input
• Marketing experience gained in one or both of the professional services and Software-as-a-Service sectors
