We’re looking for an experienced marketing executive with a solid set of creative and technical skills to join our team and turbocharge marketing activity during 2021 and beyond.

2021 is going to be a busy year for us, with the launch of a new Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, a potentially transformational new marketing initiative, and the continued growth of our advisory business. There’s a lot to do, from conceptualising campaigns that bring our technology offerings to life, to rounding out our brand across all channels and diversifying our content output (emphasis on video this year!).

If you’re a well-organised, detail-oriented, and creative marketer with a background in technology and/or professional services marketing, you could be the one to help us realise the full potential of everything we’re doing. In return, we’ll put bullet-points on your CV that simply wouldn’t be possible at other companies. That’s in addition to some great employee-benefits, a competitive salary, and the support of a committed, entrepreneurial team.

About us

Carterwood is a multi-award-winning consultancy dedicated to social care. Our team of specialists provide independent, expert analysis that helps operators, developers, and investors to improve decision-making within the elderly care home and older people’s housing sectors.

As well as market-leading advisory services, Carterwood provides a digital platform for assessing care markets, called Carterwood Analytics. This powerful Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform gives subscribers access to high-level data for over 1.6 million postcodes across Great Britain, saving significant time in assessing and monitoring local care markets.

As a business, we pride ourselves on our two core values – do it right and do it fast – which drive our delivery of market-leading services and software to clients. As a team, we prize original thinking, entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to innovate and challenge the norm.
