Carterwood completes two acquisitions on behalf of NCG

Guide Price: Sold

National Care Group (NCG) has acquired, for an undisclosed sum, two specialist residential care and supported living providers:

  • Cornerstones (UK) Ltd in Wiltshire;
  • Churchview Care in Somerset.

Cornerstones is registered for 33 service users across five residential care homes, and provides care to eight supported living services. Previously owned by Sandringham Care, Taunton-based Churchview Care Home is registered for six service users, while Churchview Care Services provides supported living.

David Stanhope, managing director at NCG, said: “We have a long-term relationship with Carterwood and are delighted they have been able to identify these opportunities, which are a perfect fit to support our growth strategy.”

Jessamy Venables, associate at Carterwood, added: “The depth of our understanding of NCG’s acquisition requirements means we’ve been able to identify two fantastic opportunities, which have completed within a matter of days of each other. It is a pleasure working alongside NCG.”
