Charlie is an international strategic adviser with over 15 years' experience supporting real estate, technology and high-growth businesses with commercial growth and international expansion. Working between the UK and Spain, he specialises in helping organisations enter, grow and build strategic partnerships across both markets, while also advising clients on wider international expansion opportunities.

A Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), Charlie has worked with corporates, investors, family offices and scale-ups across Europe, US, UAE and Asia. Through CF Global Advisors, he provides board-level strategic advice on growth strategy, market entry, commercial transformation and real estate, drawing on senior leadership experience with organisations including Deliveroo, Grosvenor Estate, Storefront and Lowe Rental.
