Role: Fran works as part of the Data and Analytics team and is involved with gathering and cleaning the data that feeds into our analytics platforms.

Background: Fran joined Carterwood in spring 2025, bringing with her a background in education and a strong foundation in the sciences. She studied Physics at the University of Birmingham and went on to teach science before working in recruitment within the education sector. Motivated by a longstanding passion for maths and data, Fran made the move into data analytics to align her career with her strengths. As part of her transition, she is currently undertaking apprenticeship certifications and is excited to apply her analytical mindset to support Carterwood’s data-driven work.

Passion: Fran enjoys spending quality time with her partner, family and friends, going for walks and eating out together.
