Holly is a Chartered Surveyor with over 10 years’ experience in the healthcare real estate industry. She began her career in acquisitions and investment at Octopus Real Estate before moving into property development, where she became an Executive Board member for a specialist healthcare operator of 45 homes for people with learning and physical disabilities and autism.

At Carterwood, Holly will bring her experience and knowledge to expand our advisory services into adult specialist care, lead our award-winning advisory team, and develop services that meet the needs of a fast-changing market.

She also brings consultancy experience across supported housing and day services for people with disabilities, focusing on property strategy, site acquisition, and project management.
