Role: Focusing on our Carterwood Analytics platforms, Emma is responsible for enabling client success for our subscribers at each step of their journey with us. From onboarding new subscribers to offering personal support and tailored solutions, Emma is here to form and maintain solid relationships with our clients; understanding their priorities and rectifying any issues that may arise.

Background: Emma joined the business development team in 2021 and was promoted to client success manager in 2022. Emma has a wealth of experience in account management and client relations.

Passion: Since moving to Wales in 2019, Emma has developed a real love for gardening and becoming a home maker and you will often find her in the kitchen baking up sweet treats for her friends and family.
