She listens carefully and approaches every conversation with curiosity and an open mind. Emma has a genuine love for problem-solving and creating great client experiences - combined with a sharp focus on outcomes and long-term value.

Background: Emma brings many years of experience in client relationship roles, where she’s championed a highly collaborative and customer-focused approach. She is hugely passionate about delivering value through meaningful partnerships and tailored solutions that are built to last.

Passion: Spending time with her family in glorious Wales - reading and making all sorts of wonderful imaginary inventions with her young son. You’ll also find her in the garden any chance she gets.
