Est. at Carterwood: 2015

Role: Luke’s key responsibilities include overseeing the quality management of all core datasets within the business, major data collection projects and updates, bespoke data sales, and the development and handling of a number of key internal processes. He also led on the development of our proprietary Carterwood Analytics retirement living scheme and sales database, and was integral to the development of our innovative staffing analysis (now incorporated into a wide variety of our care home products).

Background: Luke joined our advisory team in 2015 as a Research Analyst and was promoted to Data Manager in 2020. He graduated from the University of the West of England with a first-class BA (Hons) degree in Accounting and Finance.

Passion: Luke is a keen sports enthusiast, with particular interest in football, tennis, cricket, and Formula 1.
