Becoming part of the team at Carterwood has been a thoroughly positive experience. No two days are the same and my colleagues are talented and motivated individuals who are happy to collaborate and share knowledge. Carterwood aims for a great work–life balance, with flexible working, leisure hours and a social and wellness committee. The company has great opportunities for individual growth, to an extent you’ve the freedom to write your own career path, and each person’s input is always appreciated.

The business has always been very flexible - especially over the last year. The team are encouraged to utilise the flexible working policy to help maintain a work-life balance. I am able to take extended lunch breaks when needed, flex my working hours and leisure time, and arrange virtual walks with colleagues to keep in touch with the team.
